INTACT has 29 engineers with various Cisco certifications, and every year INTACT technology team is obliged to obtain new certificates the company needs to gain specializations. INTACT was awarded a partner bonus during international Cisco Partner Summit 2019 that was held on November 4–6 in Las Vegas. A decade of partnership between INTACT and Cisco ended with INTACT successfully passing an audit and obtaining a Gold Certified Partner status, the highest in Cisco's partnership program, on July 15th, 2020.
